    In my opinion it offers some of the best and most practical advice to improve one’s health that I have ever read about.

    Being faced with many health challenges myself I have read several hundred books on natural healthcare over the years. While many of those books contain excellent information the one area most of them fall short of is advice on how to implement that information into one’s daily life. And if they actually do give that kind of advice then either it is so complicated that no one leading a normal working life is actually able to implement it or they want you to make so many changes at once that no one follows through or they may ask you to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements each and every month. Your book is totally different in this regards. The action plans at the end of each chapter are practical, easy to implement in real life and not overwhelming because they are adjustable to everyone’s personal needs.

    Being so impressed with your first book I would like to ask you if you can already tell when your next two books…will become available. I really can’t wait to get my hands on them.
