Try this simple mix of nuts, seeds, and berries to give your body a vigorous boost of power house nutrients.

This superfood snack is loaded with omega 3 fats, vitamin E, vitamin C, calcium, B vitamins, zinc, selenium, and a spectrum of phytonutrients. It also delivers a big dose of natural source magnesium—a vital mineral often lacking in most people’s diet. (Studies show that up to 70% of the population is deficient in magnesium.)

It’s easy to make and tastes great! If possible choose organic ingredients and store them in the fridge for freshness.

Mix in a bowl:

  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 handful of roasted pumpkin seeds

  • Small handful of goji berries
